The Fitness Center will be closed on Tuesday, July 16 from 5 am to 4 pm due to the water being shut off while the Village relocates a fire hydrant. When the Fitness Center opens at 4 pm, we will be under a boil order that could last up to 48 hours. Water fountains will be shut off, however, showers and sinks will be accessible to members. Please bring bottled water with you to your workout.

Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle.  Working out in a group is motivating, fun, and offers many social connections. Our group exercise classes offer a variety of workouts appropriate for all fitness levels.  Whether you’re just getting started or have been exercising a long time, you will have the opportunity to improve your strength, balance, endurance, agility, and flexibility.  Exercise releases stress increases your energy level, boosts your body’s immune system, prevents bone loss, and can improve cognitive function.  These classes are free to Fitness Center members only.
