Reformer and Chair classes will improve core strength, flexibility, and joint mobility, along with leaving you feeling tall and refreshed. As Joseph Pilates states, in 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body. First time participants must complete Reformer Intro (offered during spring and fall only) or receive at least 2 private Pilates training sessions and have instructor's approval prior to enrolling.
Warm Water Arthritis
This 45 minute class takes place in our warm water therapy pool, which allows for flexibility and mobility of the joints. Arthritis Foundation certified instructors will lead you through a series of exercises that can help relieve the pain and stiffness caused by arthritis.

Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies
The Buffalo Grove Fitness Center is proud to provide Buffalo Grove resident disabled veterans a specialty program called Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies. Veterans accepted into the program will receive a full year membership for themselves and a companion, as well as a package of personal training sessions with a personal trainer that has specialty training in working with veterans with a diagnosed disability of 10% or more.
