Group Exercise

Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle.  Working out in a group is motivating, fun, and offers many social connections. Our group exercise classes offer a variety of workouts appropriate for all fitness levels.  Whether you're just getting started or have been exercising a long time, you will have the opportunity to improve your strength, balance, endurance, agility, and flexibility.  Exercise releases stress increases your energy level, boosts your body's immune system, prevents bone loss, and can improve cognitive function.  These classes are free to Fitness Center members only.
