Our Group Exercise classes offer a variety of workouts appropriate for all fitness levels. We offer more than 100 free group exercise classes, including TRX Suspension Training, Kickboxing MMA, Barre, Pilates, Spin, Yoga, cardio, water fitness, strength training and Zumba.
